After moving in we have nothing but good things to say about the property, the amenities and the general neighborhood area. I wouldn't recommend if noise was a big factor. There's not enough sound insulation for this to be comfortable in the long term. The scenery is very nice and the amenities are great, so if my friends and family wouldn't mind noise, then Id recommend. Currently, Legacy Apartment Homes has 0 available units. The location is what’s most valuable about living here.
Would recommend more if appliances were from this decade. Would recommend as the apartments are comfortable to live in. Good community, but rent is high and increases every year.
He explained everything well and made sure the unit was in good condition before date of move-in and personally cleaned some things himself. The office management staff are friendly and professional. The unit is spacious with large windows and plenty of light.

I thought the rent was a bit high but overall a good location, somewhat safe, somewhat peaceful. Neighbors at the time I left upstairs were super loud. Did not have issues with other prior tenants. Although my maintenance requests are always handled to my satisfaction the cleanliness outside my apartment is an issue. They also have feces throughout the grass area and it’s obvious by the size of the defect they are medium to large dogs. Leased this place completely online, that's was the first time ever doing this, and it is truly convenient.

I really enjoy how well maintained everything is. It's not loud, things feel well made, and I LOVE having a washer and dryer and air conditioning again. Price, however, is a huge consideration in recommendations.
